Artem Burmyakov received a PhD degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Porto in 2016.
In 2007, he also received a master’s degree in applied mathematics and informatics from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (renamed into National Research Nuclear University in 2008).
In 2006-2010, he worked as a software engineer in CERN, being involved in the development of control systems for the LHC accelerator. His professional interests are related to real-time and control systems.
