Ana Costa was responsible for the administrative staff.

Ana Costa was born in 1977. She got a bachelor degree in Languages and Secretariat (English and German) from the Polytechnic Institute of Porto, School of Accounting and Administration, in 1998. She was finishing the Licentiate degree in Specialised Translation (English and German) from the same school.
