Platinum Sponsor: 15'000 EUR

  • Logo and name of your institution will be prominently on all CPSWeek print media, website (with reference to your institution website), program, company flyer, poster, and bag.
  • Companies can supply branded items to be distributed in delegate bags to each delegate (e.g. umbrellas, note pads, pens, USB-Sticks).

Item Sponsorship

Literature Booth: 1'500 EUR – per day / 4'000 EUR - for all three days

  • Brochures, catalogues, books, journals can be distributed on literature booths at the main entrance / coffee area.

Award Sponsorship

Best Paper Award: 750 EUR (x4)

  • Your institution name and logo will be announced on all related media and your logo will be projected and named at the ceremony.
  • Exclusive sponsorship – limited to one company per conference!

Event Sponsorship

Reception: 5'000 EUR

  • Logo and name of your institution will be on all appropriate signage around the event, e.g. at the reception desk
  • Two sponsors max

Coffee Breaks: 2'000 EUR for one day / 4'000 EUR for two days / 6'000 EUR for three days

  • Signage including your institution name and logo with the information “sponsored by” will be placed at the two coffee breaks per day. The coffee breaks will be the meeting point for all attendees, and speakers.
